Founder & Executive Director. Al Pershilli | Serves as the Chief Volunteer of the organization. Is a partner with the entire Baord in achieving the organization's mission.Provides leadership to the Board who sets polcy. Chairs meetings of the Board after developing the agenda. Encourages Boards role in strategic planning. Appoints the chairpersons of the committees, in consultation with ther Board members. Discusses issues confronting the organization. Monitors financial planning and reports. Plays a leading role in fundraising activities. Evaluates annually the performance of the organization in achieving it's mission. Performs Events Director duties and develops overall events calendar, including location, venue and tracks per class. Coordinates major event activities and assigns duties(director, rules officer, tech inspectors, driver's meeting, etc.) for regular sanctioning body events, sanctioning body sanctioned events. Coordinates non-meeting events and meetings of order for sanctioning body administration, team building. |
| Racing Director Russ Upton | Acts as interim President in the event the President is unable to perform his/her duties. Discusses issues confronting the organization. Acts as primary consultant to the President and Board. Plays lead role in strategic planning involving matters of organizational structure, mission and operational activities. To oversee and administer the running of the NSCS on a national basis. |
| Secretary Trent Bradbury | Maintains records of the Board and ensures effective management of the organization's records. Manages minutes of Board meetings. Ensures minutes are distributed to members shortly after each meeting. Is familiar with sanctioning body bylaws and other documents to note applicability during meetings. |
| Finance Officer TBA | Oversees development of the budget; ensures accurate tracking/monitoring/accountability for funds; ensures adequate financial controls; often led by the board treasurer; reviews major sponsors in conjunction with Development committee. Oversees development and implementation of the Fundraisng Plan; identifies and solicits funds from external sources of support(sponsorship), works closely with Finance and Communications. |
| All Star Racing League(ASRL) Commissioner Matt Patrick | Oversees the operation(s) of the All Star Racing League and performs Commissioner related duties as required. Specifics to be added. |
| Communications Director Rudy Urban | Represents the organization to the community; enhances the organizations image, including communications with the press, web and other media. Advertises the events, publishes event race report, results and standings. |
| NSCS Stewards | Duties are to administer and oversee the NSCS in their respective areas. They will work closely with the NSCS Director. |
| Chief Steward Rich Dumas | Oversees the administration of rules development, rules change process and enforcement. Develops the criteria for consideration of new classes, equipment and race/rules procedures. Develops procedures for effecting change, engaging members, and communicating those changes effectively. Proposes racing rules for member review and adoption. Actively reviews other clubs' rules in consideration of best practices. |
